Review by Stephen M.

Every flyer's worst nightmare comes alive in Non-Stop.  On a routine flight, Air marshal Bill Marks (Liam Neeson) receives a text message on his secured device threatening to kill a passenger on board every 20 minutes unless his demands are met.  The movie is full of "non-stop" action from the first text he receives until the end.  Despite the young age of 61, Liam Neeson shows he can kick butt as well as the others in this genre.

What you will love about the movie is all the clever twists that movie has.  Twists like who the actual villain or villains in this whodunit mystery is.  The least obvious suspect is what they finally deliver all the while feeding you the obvious suspects.  Liam is great in playing the complicated Bill.  With alcoholism stemming from a loss of a love one, you can see why he is targeted.  Julianne Moore's character Jen is a bit of a waste serving only as a distraction.   She gives a little bit about her background, but much more could have been done with her.

Overall, I would highly recommend the film.  Sure there are various plot holes that the movie quickly steer you away from with its action.  I won't get into detail as it would reveal some of the surprises.  But an example would be just how did the device get into that thing, surrounded by other things carried on board by the other official?  Watch the movie and you'll know what I am talking about.  You won't be disappointed if you like action/thriller films.
