Another year rolls around and it's time for Special Edition NYC.  This year it is at Pier 94 NOT Jacob Javits, which I found out when I got to Jacob Javits.   Yes, I should have read beforehand.  When I got to Pier 94 at around 8:00am there was already quite a line outside with intermitten rain.  Thank goodness for comic books being waterproof!

The line outside was very well organized, but the line to purchase New York Comic Con tickets especially for the second wave of people got quite chaotic.  They did have a lot of 4 Day passes for sale as I estimated at least 250 - 300 people ahead of me got it and still wasn't sold out when it got to my place in line.

Here are some pics of the creators... followed by the cosplayers!

Jeff Shultz who has worked for Archie Comics many years and also recently Boom's Peanuts

Chris Campana who has worked for a variety of companies doing free head sketch if you sign up for the collections services on Facebook adjacent to him.

Teen Titan's Starfire that Chris did for me.

Dan Parent of Archie Comics talking to a fan.

One of the Writers of A-Force, Marguerite Bennett, all decked out for the convention.

Thanks for checking out this post.  The show was definitely more crowded than last year with a larger crowd.  The panels at this location was only separated by curtains and not in actual rooms.  This was kind of weird as you can heard noise from adjacent areas.  The restrooms were also quite small but the lines moved swiftly thankfully.  There are concessions in the back but the choices are more limited than Jacob Javits.  Did you go,  what did you think?
